Wednesday a.m. Rangers things

The wooing of Cliff Lee is the dominant story of the Rangers offseason, and Anthony Andro has a story about the Rangers brass heading out to Arkansas yesterday to visit with Lee and his agent, Darek Braunecker.

T.R. Sullivan says the Rangers did not make an offer to Lee, but visited to talk about their interest in keeping Lee and Lee's interest in staying with Texas.

Randy Galloway has a column saying that he's hearing a decision has already been made by Lee, and that that decision is to go to New York.

Sullivan has a story about the Rangers' young pitchers that features Eric Hurley, who is putting himself back on the map after two lost seasons.

The DMN talks about the Rangers' interest in Victor Martinez, and whether the Rangers are more interested in him as a catcher or as a DH/1B type.
