So, the news today is that Omar Beltre and Alexi Ogando appear to finally have been cleared to come back to the United States to pitch.

Basically, both guys are in the their late 20s, throw hard, and haven't been able to pitch in the U.S. for about five years because of visa issues relating to their involvement in a marriage scam. They are on the 40 man roster, so once they arrive and are removed from the restricted list, someone will have to be taken off the 40 man roster to make room for each guy.
