Friday morning Rangers stuff

Well, the bats woke up yesterday.  Chris Davis and Elvis Andrus each had four hits, and Michael Young had 3, as the Rangers won 16-5.

Anthony Andro says that Davis, who is hitting .500 on the spring after yesterday's big game, is trying not to get caught up in what happens from at bat to at bat, as he feels he may have done last year.

Jesse Sanchez writes that Scott Feldman had some kinks and some issues yesterday, but isn't worried, as he's confident he'll get it worked out before the season starts.

Tommy Hunter impressed folks with the Rangers with his work ethic this offseason.

Jeff Wilson writes that the Rangers are being careful with Tanner Scheppers, whose innings they want to manage in light of him having pitched very little the past two years.

And the S-T's notes includes discussion of how spring training is a homecoming of sorts for Clint Hurdle and Ian Kinsler.
