Friday morning Rangers stuff

Bad defense and the bullpen cost the Rangers again yesterday.  It is a troublingly common refrain this year.

Anthony Andro writes that the loss yesterday cost the Rangers not only a sweep, but a chance at their first winning record in the month of April since 2006.

Richard Durrett offers his thoughts on a sloppy game.

Ian Kinsler returns to the Ranger lineup today, although there is still no word as to what move will be made to make room for Kinsler.

Neftali Feliz has had a couple of rough outings in a row, but insists that there's nothing wrong with him.

In his notes from yesterday, T.R. Sullivan writes that Kinsler will hit fifth, and Feliz will continue to close.

Justin Smoak had his first major league home run yesterday.

Randy Galloway has a column up, taking some shots at Jon Daniels for doubting C.J. Wilson's ability to start and not wanting to re-sign Pudge Rodriguez, although he claims Nolan Ryan is to blame for Pudge leaving because he should have stepped in and made the decision on Pudge himself.
