Ian Kinsler activated, Joaquin Arias to the disabled list

Ian Kinsler has been activated from the disabled list, and to make room for him, the Rangers have sent Joaquin Arias to the disabled list.

This postpones, for a couple of weeks anyway, the decision on whether Arias or Andres Blanco will stick around medium-term.
