Daniel Kaplan is reporting that Chuck Greenberg and Nolan Ryan have filed suit against the Texas Rangers.
This is via tweets, and a full story isn't up yet, but Kaplan says Greenberg/Ryan is alleging the CRO is attemping to "hijack" the sales process by soliciting new bids for the team, and is asking for damages in an amount equal to the difference between their agreed-upon price and the actual sales price.
