Another terrific outing for Cliff Lee last night.  8 innings, 8 Ks, no walks, 1 run.  Lee has now posted a 2.63 ERA in 51 innings as a Ranger.

Jeff Wilson's game story talks about how Lee's straightforward approach and focus on the game at hand has helped him achieve dominance this season.

T.R. Sullivan says yesterday's performance was typical Cliff Lee.

Evan Grant has a rundown of Lee's performance.

Richard Durrett has his post-game thoughts.

Sullivan's notes has injury updates on Matt Treanor, Ian Kinsler, and Dustin Nippert, and talks about David Murphy, Julio Borbon, and Matt Harrison seeing their roles change lately.

Wilson writes that Borbon understands why Murphy has been playing more lately.

Wilson also has a story about Harrison adapting to a bullpen role.  He says the organization still sees Harrison as a starter long-term.

Neftali Feliz learned from his meltdown against Baltimore the day of the Lee trade.

Barry Shlachter has a story on the Rangers' sale, with sports consultant Marc Ganis saying that the original amount offered by Chuck Greenberg was well below-market, and the current sales price being reasonable.

Jennifer Floyd Engel has a column ripping Mark Cuban for his role in costing the Greenberg/Ryan group an extra $30 million, including taking a swipe at Cuban for getting Dirk Nowitzki to take less money as a free agent and then not spending it on the Mavs' payroll, and also ripping Tom Hicks, William Snyder, and Judge Lynn.
