Monday Morning Rangers Update

Perhaps after a CGSO?
Perhaps after a CGSO?

In a weekend bereft of baseball news, other than CBA stuff, it's no surprise that there's very little in the way of Rangers news this morning.

Jean-Jacques Taylor pried himself away from thoughts about Barry Church and Phillip Tanner long enough to weigh in on what the Rangers should do with Neftali Feliz. JJT thinks it's a no-doubter to put Feliz in the rotation.

Behind the DMN paywall, Tim Cowlishaw attempts to convince us that the Houston Astros in the A.L. West will be a super fun time.

Finally, Richard Durrett's Dazzing Dozen entry No. 5 is on Josh Hamiltion's mammoth and emotional walk-off home run against the A's in July.

The A.L. MVP award will be announced at 1:00 PM this afternoon. Unless the craziest thing that's ever happened happens, a Ranger will not win the award in the same year the team won the division for the first time in franchise history.

Place your bets now on where Michael Young will end up. I'm guessing top 5. How many other Rangers do you think will get votes?
