Sunday morning Rangers stuff

Not much out there relating to the Rangers this morning, on the eve of the Winter Meetings.

Jeff Wilson writes that the Rangers are an "offense-first" team that will be looking for pitching help at the winter meetings. I'm not sure I necessarily agree with the "offense-first" label, but old reputations are hard to break. In any case, Wilson writes that, other than C.J. Wilson and Mark Buehrle, there aren't any starting pitchers out there on the free agent market that the team feels would represent an upgrade over who they have now.

Behind the paywall, Evan Grant writes that the Rangers aren't going to be pursuing the big free agent bats this week.
