From Bill Madden in the New York Daily News:
Like most organizations - the notable exception being the Nolan Ryan-led Texas Rangers - the Yankees have all their starting pitchers on pitch counts and innings limits in the minors,
Nolan Ryan, of course, in a chat session last year, confirmed that the Rangers' minor leaguers are subject to pitch counts. And it has been pointed out time and again that the Rangers have their minor leaguers on pitch counts.
And yet, people in the media continue to throw this claim out there.
I don't get it.
