Tuesday morning Rangers things

Continuing to creep slowly, slowly towards Opening Day...

T.R. Sullivan has a recap of yesterday's game, which featured Adrian Beltre's debut and Josh Hamilton's first homer of the spring.

Jeff Wilson has a story about Neftali Feliz now saying he'd like to start after all.  I believe, at this point, Feliz's chance of being in the rotation are very slim, but he'll get another look next spring.

Evan Grant talks about the team's decision on whether Feliz should start or close.

Sullivan says Mitch Moreland's first base job is secure, despite the other first basemen in camp also hitting well, and that other teams are asking about Chris Davis.

Tim MacMahon writes that the Rangers' plan is for Mitch Moreland to play "most days."  Given that Michael Young is supposed to play every day, I'm not sure how Mike Napoli is going to get any at bats...

The S-T's notes include a Q&A with Brett Tomko and updates on Nelson Cruz and Craig Gentry...

Cruz has been dropped to 6th in the order, as he tries to work throw some issues at the plate.
