Tim MacMahon at the ESPN Dallas Rangers blog has a post up, in which he reports that Texas pitching coach Mike Maddux said on the Ben and Skin Show that Tommy Hunter and Matt Harrison "are very likely to begin the season in the rotation" for the Rangers.
Hunter has been, I think, a given pretty much all along, but Harrison was one of a group of pitchers fighting for the last two spots.
With a top four of C.J. Wilson, Colby Lewis, Tommy Hunter, and Matt Harrison, that leaves one slot open. With all signs pointing towards Neftali Feliz heading back to the bullpen, that leaves Derek Holland and Michael Kirkman battling for the last job, with Holland probably having the edge right now.
