The oddsmakers don't think so. Texas is an underdog, but Detroit is only at -130 to -140 as a favorite.
Let's remember the old saying...every team in baseball wins 60 games and loses 60 games, and it is what you do with the other 40 games that determines how your season goes.
Detroit is more likely than Texas to win today, but let's not treat it as a given that Texas is going lose.
