I saw this photo on Lookout Landing, with Jeff Sullivan pointing him out as a Ranger fan trying to distract Mike Carp by timing the clap of his hands to coincide with him trying to catch the ball.

And I thought...hmmm, wonder if this guy is an LSB'er.
