Okay, I'm officially bored with spring training. I'm ready for the season to start.

So the big news from yesterday was Derek Holland's new contract. Jeff Wilson has a story on that here.

Anthony Andro writes about the perceptions of Holland as "goofball," and the Rangers' willingness to commit to him long-term.

Gil Lebreton has a column on Derek Holland at the S-T.

Richard Durrett has his post-game thoughts from yesterday's win, focusing on Koji Uehara's solid outing.

Evan Grant has his post-game report at the DMN blog.

Neftali Feliz, who was lifted after three innings yesterday with shoulder tightness, will have his shoulder evaluated today.

Evan Grant writes that the Rangers are wanting to be cautious with Feliz, who will be starting for the first time in the majors this season.

Durrett looks at the center field battle this spring, and thinks Craig Gentry ends up the starter.

Joey Matches looks at the C.J. Wilson/Mike Napoli situation, in light of Wilson snubbing Napoli yesterday in comments to the L.A. media.

T.R. Sullivan's notes talk about Craig Gentry getting more ABs this spring and the Rangers' efforts to work out contract extensions this spring.

Durrett has his "Surprise Six."

The S-T's notes talk about Feliz's shoulder and Brandon Snyder working at catcher.

The S-T has a Q&A with Yorvit Torrealba.
