Neftali Feliz threw a bullpen session today, and Jeff Wilson writes that Feliz threw 43 pitches and says he feels good.
This is good news, and would seem to indicate that Feliz will likely make his start on Tuesday, and remain on track to be part of the Rangers' Opening Day rotation.
Feliz was pulled from his last start after three innings because of shoulder tightness, and the Rangers want to be cautious with him, as it is anticipated he'll see a significant increase in his innings this year as he transitions to starting from relieving.
If Feliz misses his start on Tuesday, it would put into question whether he'll be ready to be in the rotation for Opening Day. If he's not able to go, the Rangers would likely plug Scott Feldman, the team's long reliever/sixth starter, into Feliz's spot until Feliz is able to give the Rangers six to seven innings.
UPDATE -- Ron Washington has now said Feliz will start on Tuesday.
