Via Twitter, Jim Callis informs us that the Rangers have signed Galveston Ball outfielder Nick Williams, their 2nd second round pick in the 2012 draft:
#Rangers sign 2nd-rder Nick Williams for $500k (pick value=$515,600). Texas HS OF w/great tools, inconsis spring. #A&M recruit. #mlbdraft

I did a draft preview post on Williams which you can check out here. Williams is athletic, toolsy and raw, a player who was seen a couple of years ago as a potential first round pick, but who slipped because of inconsistent and disappointing performance at the plate.
Williams will most likely be assigned to the team's complex team in Surprise, which will be part of the Arizona Rookie League.
UPDATE -- Per Callis, the Rangers have also signed their 1st second rounder, outfielder Jamie Jarmon:
#Rangers get another premium athlete in 2nd-rder Jamie Jarmon for $601,500 (full value). Delaware HS OF had football offers, too. #mlbdraft

Jarmon is, like Williams, an athlete first and foremost. He's big, strong, and fast, but his power doesn't profile to be more than average, and there are some questions about whether he'll stick in centerfield. Like Williams, Jarmon will likely go to the Arizona Rookie League to start off.
UPDATE II -- Per John Blake, the Rangers have deals with all of their first five picks:
Rangers agree to terms with top 5 selections in 2012 First Year Player Draft: Brinson, Gallo, Wiles, Jamon, and Williams.
