Colby Lewis to the disabled list, Martin Perez recalled

Per John Blake, Colby Lewis is headed to the disabled list with forearm soreness, and Martin Perez is being recalled from AAA to take his place on the active roster:

This is disappointing, but not entirely unexpected, given the rumblings that we've heard the last couple of days. The more critical question is, how long is Lewis going to be on the shelf? If this is a matter of Perez getting two or three spot starts before Lewis comes back, that's one thing, but if Lewis is going to be unavailable for an indeterminate amount of time, or could be out into September, this has the potential to be quite problematic.

Lewis would be eligible to return from the disabled list on August 2, at the earliest.
