I don't have words for what happened today. I simply don't.
A 5-4 loss in Game 1, a game the Rangers were one out away from winning.
Then an 8-7 win in Game 2, a game the Rangers were down in 4-0 before they even came to the plate, then jumped out to an 8-4 lead, before a 3 run homer by Howie Kendrick made it an 8-7 game and left me (and every other Rangers fan) way too tense the rest of the way.
The Magic Number is 2. The Rangers just have to win one of their next three in Oakland to clinch the A.L. West.
Its been a long and crazy day, fitting for what has been a long and crazy season.
