Joakim Soria returned from missing all of 2012 due to Tommy John surgery and had a decent year. He didn't have the pinpoint command that he was known for at his all star peak, but he wasn't terrible either. The walks are a tiny bit inflated from issuing 2 intentional passes out of his 14 total walks, but his walks were much higher than expected regardless.
With a full off season and health, the Rangers will hope that Soria looks more like the dominant closer he was for years rather than a mediocre relief option.
