Adrian Beltre was pulled from this afternoon's Rangers/Royals game in the 10th inning with tightness in his left hamstring. The Rangers have apparently said that it was aggravated when he was running the bases.
Leury Garcia has replaced Beltre at third base for today's game, and we shall see if this injury is just a today thing, or if Beltre is going to miss time going forward.
