Novelist Elmore Leonard has died today, according to his agent.  Leonard was 87.

I am an Elmore Leonard fan, and have read the majority of his novels, most of them more than once.  Even if you haven't read his books, you've probably been exposed to his work, as his novels and short stories have been adapted into quite a few movies, including Out of Sight, 3:10 to Yuma, Get Shorty, Jackie Brown, and 52 Pick-Up.
