We knew, in the wake of yesterday's announcement that Travis Blackley would be starting today, that the Rangers would have to make a roster move to make room for Blackley.
That move has been announced, as Alexi Ogando has been placed on the 15 day disabled list. Matt West has been recalled and placed on the 60 day d.l. to create a 40 man roster spot for Blackley.
