September call-up Jim Adduci starts in his first major league game

USA TODAY Sports

John Blake has tweeted out today's starting lineup, and it is an unusual group.  The left side of the infield has Jurickson Profar replacing the injured Elvis Andrus at shortstop, while Jeff Baker starts at third base, despite the Twins starting a righty.  And Jim Adduci is getting his first major league start, hitting sixth and playing left while David Murphy and Lance Berkman both sit.

The lineup:

Leonys Martin -- CF

Jurickson Profar -- SS

Ian Kinsler -- 2B

Adrian Beltre -- DH

Alex Rios -- RF

Jim Adduci -- LF

Jeff Baker -- 3B

Mitch Moreland -- 1B

Geovany Soto -- C

Travis Blackley starts for the Rangers, while Kevin Correia starts for Minnesota.
