Good morning. Obviously ALCS Game 3 was rained out because the gods couldn't stomach the idea of Jeremy Guthrie making a meaningful start to further cement this as baseball's worst season.

As Evan Grant writes, cruel Jon Daniels is ending the dreams of baseball men around the nation as he culls his managerial picks to three or four this week (before eventually hiring Tim Bogar anyway).

T.R. Sullivan writes that Jeff Banister is going all in on the Rangers manager position and therefore won't be taking the helm in the Arizona Fall League as originally expected.

As the Rangers are expected to hire a new manager soon, Sullivan provides a blurb for all of the managers in the history of the Washington/Texas franchise from Gil Hodges to Ted Williams to Billy Martin to Johnny Oates to Ron Washington and everyone in between.

Calvin Watkins begins his offseason Burning Questions series by pondering if Leonys Martin should become the leadoff man next season after a successful audition in September.

Jeff Todd of MLB Trade Rumors writes about potential Rangers target Kenta Maeda and whether or not he will be posted this offseason by his club in Japan.

Finally, here's a video of the Rangers' top moments of the 2014 season from MLB.com which is surprisingly not just a clip of the final out of the season:
