The Texas Rangers 2015 coaching staff has been announced by the team. Via John Blake on Twitter:

I don't think any of these are any real surprise at this point. There was some speculation Magadan or Maddux might leave, but over the past week or so the indications have been that they were returning, and recent word had been that Buechele had the inside track on being the bench coach. The third base coaching job is still up to be determined, it seems, and I'm curious to see what happens there in the coming days.
Tingler being named major league field coordinator is noteworthy...he has been seen as a rising star in the organization, and supposedly, his situation was a big factor in the front office divide between Jon Daniels and Nolan Ryan, when Ryan opted to hire Tim Purpura as farm director over the objections of Jon Daniels, who wanted Tingler to be promoted to the position.
