Monday Morning Texas Rangers Update

The number one source for laughing at the Anaheim Angels

Hahahaha

Ed Zurga

Good morning. The Angels were swept out of the playoffs last night. Josh Hamilton went hitless over the entire series. Mike Trout was basically invisible. C.J. Wilson lasted 2/3rd of an inning in his start to pick up the loss last night. The AL West went 0-4 in the playoffs. The Rangers' miserable season sure seems to suck a lot less today than it did over the summer.

Now Nelson Cruz, Tommy Hunter, Darren O'Day, and Chris Davis of the Orioles will face Jason Frasor of the Royals for the opportunity to lose to the Giants in the World Series because that is what happens in even years.

Of course Nellie was going to send the Tigers home in October.

As for Texas Rangers news...well, there's nothing out there today. We're all just waiting for the Rangers to hire a manager (Tim Bogar) while enjoying some thrilling postseason action. In the meantime, we can always just laugh at the Angels some more.

Lastly, if you haven't done so yet, please like the Lone Star Ball Facebook page so you can enjoy prescient hot takes like this one from me on your Facebook feed.
