Texas Rangers rumors: Colby Lewis likely to return, per reports

Texas Rangers rumors:  Colby Lewis is expected to return to the Rangers in 2015, according to a report from Evan Grant.

There are various unnamed sources Evan references in his story, with one of them saying that Lewis believes it is everyone's intent that Lewis return.  He also quotes Jon Daniels as saying that everyone wants a reunion between Lewis and the Rangers next year.

Lewis worked his way back from tendon flexor surgery and hip surgery, and after a poor first couple of months of the year, was a solid starter for the Rangers in the second half of the season.  While Texas has Yu Darvish and Derek Holland slotted in the #1 and #2 spots in the rotation, and want to fill one spot internally, that still leaves a pair of rotation spots open.  Bringing Lewis back would leave just one hole for the Rangers to fill.
