Well, sorry, you are pretty much out of luck. There's not even a Fraley blog post about some organizational depth guy pitching 3 scoreless innings in winter ball, or anything like that.
The Rangers do warrant a mention in Nick Cafardo's column today, as a potential candidate to land Max Scherzer, although given the team's decision to limit payroll this year, Scherzer seems like an extreme longshot.
