Derek Holland has arrived in Surprise, Arizona, today, according to the local beat writers.
Holland, recuperating from microfracture surgery on his knee, has been rehabbing in Dallas, but is off crutches now and joined his teammates in Surprise today.
Holland has said that his goal is to return to the majors by June 1, though the Rangers are not expecting him to be back until after the All Star Break.
Holland injured himself while playing with his dog in January, and his absence has created a pretty significant hole in the Ranger rotation that the team is hoping Tommy Hanson or Joe Saunders can fill for the time being.
