Seth Rosin clears waivers, returns to Philly

Righthanded pitcher Seth Rosin has cleared waivers and been return to the Philadelphia Phillies, according to John Blake on Twitter.

Rosin was selected from the Philadelphia Phillies by the New York Mets in the Rule 5 draft this offseason.  The Mets then sent him to the Los Angeles Dodgers, who waived him in late March.  The Rangers claimed him on waivers, but designated him for assignment on Wednesday to make room for Kevin Kouzmanoff on the 25 and 40 man rosters.
