7-7 - Sometimes It Snows in April: Prince homers, Ross dominates in Texas win

The Rangers hit back-to-back dongs at home for the first time since last April even though Robbie Ross would have been fine with just one run

Welcome to the Texas Rangers, Prince
Welcome to the Texas Rangers, Prince

Player of the Game: It was great to see Prince finally get a hold of one, and Kevin Kouuuuuzmanoff had a great game (3-4, 3 RBI, 2 R, 1 HR, 1 2B), but Robbie Ross Jr. was the star tonight. Robbie collected 16 ground ball outs over 7 2/3 innings of shutout baseball in an eye-opening start. Best of all, Kyle Seager was 0-3 against Ross.
