Whoops, I was writing a paper for someone last night and forgot I had to do the links.  Normally in this circumstance Adam would do them and put me in the compass of shame, but he's in court so you get me after all.

Matt Mosley opines that the Lloyd McClendon handed the game to the Rangers, but he had a lot of help from the Mariners' players.

T.R. Sullivan's game recap possibly gives too much credit to the Rangers and maybe not enough to the Mariners' incompetence.

Apparently, Robinson Chirinos was calling mostly fastballs and sliders until Yu Darvish told him to start mixing in more pitches.

Gerry Fraley takes a look at today's matchup and says it doesn't favor the Rangers.

Fraley notes that Tanner Scheppers is falling behind Robbie Ross in the "who gets to stay in the rotation" sweepstakes, mostly because Robbie Ross has been good and Scheppers hasn't.

Alex Rios is no longer allowed to steal third with Prince Fielder up.

Richard Durrett thinks yesterday was Yu Darvish's best start, and Durrett also had a rapid reaction to last night's game.

Durrett also says that Scheppers wants to stop sucking.
