Discussion question: Joey Gallo's ceiling or Jorge Alfaro's ceiling?

Here's a hypothetical for you...

A genie appears before you.  The genie tells you that, as a Ranger fan, you get a Ranger-related wish granted.  You can either have Joey Gallo achieve his ceiling, or Jorge Alfaro achieve his ceiling.  The player you don't pick will flame out and never make the majors.

So if you could have Joey Gallo reach his ceiling and Jorge Alfaro flame out, or Alfaro reach his ceiling while Gallo flames out, which would you pick, and why?
