The Texas Rangers have reportedly agreed to terms with second round pick Ti'Quan Forbes, third round pick Josh Morgan, and fourth round pick Brett Martin.
Per Jim Callis, both Forbes and Martin signed for above-slot money:

Martin is interesting, as there was some speculation in the comments here that he was a below-slot guy. But the Rangers obviously liked him enough to pay him about 20% above slot, as well as giving Forbes about 20% above slot.
No word on the bonus for Morgan yet, though reports on Twitter indicated that he was flying to Texas to sign. I suspect the Rangers are hoping to announce that all three, as well as Luis Ortiz, have signed at a press conference later this week.
