Joey Gallo Futures Game Home Run Video: The MVP of the 2014 Futures Game was Texas Ranger minor league third baseman Joey Gallo, whose two run homer was the difference in the 3-2 victory by the US team over the World team.
(The other great thing about Gallo participating in the Futures Game is that we have new photos of him in the database we can use, rather than the same 3-4 photos you've been seeing).
Gallo apparently had a batting practice session that was a life-changing experience for those who saw it, and included him breaking the windshield of a truck beyond the outfield wall:
