I thought the A's were supposed to be good. I was told the A's were good. How can the A's be good if they lost to a team with Jim Aducci hitting 5th?

Player of the Game: Jerome Williams had allowed an opponents batting average of .400 (36-90) to the members of the Oakland A's lineup coming into tonight's game. Jerome Williams is generally pretty terrible and the A's, again, as I've been told, are good. So, because it's baseball, Williams allowed only five hits in six innings of one-run baseball to win his Rangers debut.
