Texas Ranger minor league outfielder Jamie Jarmon, a second round draft choice in 2012, has retired, per the Spokane Indians, via Scott Lucas:
Spokane has announced that Texas's 2012 2nd-round pick (83rd overall) OF Jamie Jarmon has retired.

I wrote about Jarmon just a couple of days ago, when it appeared that he may be on his way out. Drafting teenagers is a hit-and-miss process, and Jarmon clearly was a miss.
