The dream is dead. The Rangers have clinched a losing season for the first time since 2008 and have lost the Silver Boot for the first time since 2006

The indignity of it all. The Silver Boot is gone. The Rangers will have a losing record this season for the first time since 2008. And, maybe worst of all, it came in a complete game shutout at the hands of former Rangers' Opening Day starter Scott Feldman.

Player of the Game: Robbie Ross got the emergency call to start for a tuckered out Miles Mikolas and made the most of it to the tune of five no-hit innings. Unfortunately, he was on a strict pitch limit and couldn't convince Ron Washington to let him keep going. Phil Klein came in and history-making gave way to Boot-losing.
