I don't know if I'd rather think that Ron Washington was watching tonight with the weight of whatever caused him to leave the team off his shoulders or if I prefer the thought of him never having to watch the 2014 Texas Rangers ever again. Regardless, this certainly won't be a game that the players will say they did it for Wash.

Player of the Game: Adam Rosales continues to be 2014-proof. The Rangers' August Player of the Month went 2-4 with a home run and 2 RBI.
