Ron Washington has resigned. Who should be the Rangers manager in 2015?

As the shock from the news of Ron Washington's resignation begins to wear off, attention naturally turns to who the next manager of the Rangers might be.  Tim Bogar has the interim manager role, and will likely be considered, but the Rangers are also going to be looking at other candidates.
