Good morning, peeps.
Hey, Jurickson Profar had a clean MRI on Tuesday, so that's good news.
Tanner Scheppers, who missed most of 2014 with elbow inflammation, threw off a mound on Wednesday for the first time this offseason, and says he is "confident" he can perform in 2015 like he did in 2013, when he was a critical cog in the bullpen.
Neal Cotts, a key member of the Rangers bullpen in 2013 and 2014, has signed a one year, $3 million deal with the Milwaukee Brewers. Jon Daniels said last weekend that Cotts wasn't returning to Texas, but after the Robbie Ross trade, there was suddenly speculation (unfounded, as it turns out) that maybe Cotts was coming back after all.
And...uh, I think that's it for this morning.
