Yu Darvish second opinion: He needs Tommy John surgery

Yu Darvish still needs Tommy John surgery, according to the second opinion that Darvish got from Dr. David Altchek, per the beat guys on Twitter.

Dr. James Andrews is also going to review Darvish's medicals, but Evan Grant's quote from Jon Daniels makes things pretty clear:

Daniels: "Likely headed down path to surgery." Andrews will also review. Final decision late this week

It sounds like Darvish will have surgery early next week, putting him on a schedule where you would hope he would be ready to return early in 2016.
