So, after yesterday's latest plague hit and panic ensued -- and should the Royals hold on against the Angels -- the Rangers will be in a first place tie in the AL West. The Rangers also continued their Loss/Win/Loss/Win/Loss/Win trend to begin the year, so maybe we should just skip until Monday.

Yovani Gallardo bounced back from a pretty terrible Rangers' debut on Opening Night in Oakland with 5 2/3 innings of two-run ball. Carlos Peguero, the newest Ranger, went 2-5 with a double and an RBI in his debut after getting called up for the injured Ryan Rua.
