Getaway Day lineup features DeShields hitting leadoff

With a lefty on the mound for Anaheim and a 1 p.m. start this afternoon, Jeff Banister goes with Delino DeShields, Jr., in the leadoff spot today

The Rangers play at 1 p.m. this afternoon, and with a lefty on the mound for the Angels, Jeff Banister has gone with another odd lineup.

Maybe, since it is Jackie Robinson Day, Banister has decided to do things like they did in the 40s, and thus has put Delino DeShields, Jr. -- a fast guy who doesn't really hit -- in the leadoff spot.

Odor -- 2B

Beltre -- 3B

Fielder -- DH

Smolinski -- RF

Elvis -- SS

Rosales -- 1B

Leonys -- CF

Corporan -- C

Anthony Ranaudo is up getting a spot start for the Rangers today.
