• Shawn Tolleson pitched well.
• Mitch Moreland hit a home run that went a long way.
• The Astros lost.
• The Rangers are now 2 games back of first place in the West
• The Rangers are now in sole possession of the second Wild Card spot.
• The A's have the worst record in the American League.
• Martin Perez goes on a rehab assignment tomorrow.
• Luis Ortiz was throwing in the upper-90s for Hickory today.
• Yohander Mendez threw 2 more scoreless innings today for Hickory, meaning he has 21.2 IP this season with no runs allowed.
• Rougned Odor had two more hits for Round Rock.
• Ryan Rua had a hit and a walk and is that much closer.
• And Texas drafted Mike Matuella today.
