Joey Gallo in center field for Rangers today

With Leonys Martin struggling and no backup center fielder on the active roster, we've been assuming Leonys is just going to limp through it until Delino DeShields, or maybe Josh Hamilton, get activated.

Apparently not.  Joey Gallo will be manning center field today.

The lineup:

Choo -- RF

Rua -- LF

Prince -- DH

Beltre -- 3B

Moreland -- 1B

Elvis -- SS

Gallo -- CF

Odor -- 2B

Chirinos -- C

Yovani Gallardo starts for Texas, while the Jays are bringing up lefthander Matt Boyd from the minors to start, because everyone knows the Rangers can't hit lefties right now.
