Neftali Feliz elects free agency, per report

Neftali Feliz, who was waived by the Texas Rangers and reportedly cleared waivers yesterday, has rejected an outright assignment and instead become a free agent, according to Chris Cotillo.

Feliz will be paid the full amount the Rangers owe him for 2015, and he is now free to sign a major or minor league deal with any club.
