Texas Rangers rumors: Will Yovani Gallardo be here on August 1?

Texas Rangers rumors:  Yovani Gallardo is the subject of trade rumors, particularly as the Rangers continue to fall out of contention.  The non-waiver trade deadline is July 31, and as that date gets closer and closer, more and more rumors are flying in regards to who is buying, who is selling, and what players could be moved.  Gallardo being a free agent after the season has him as a potential target for a team looking for a "rent-a-pitcher" for the stretch run and the playoffs.

And so, I figure, why not a poll on the subject?
