Grade the Cole Hamels trade

The Texas Rangers have traded Nick Williams, Jorge Alfaro, Matt Harrison, Jake Thompson, Alec Asher and Jerad Eickhoff to the Philadelphia Phillies for Cole Hamels, Jake Diekman, and a yet to be disclosed amount of cash.

While we can't make a final judgment on this deal until we know for sure how much cash has been kicked in, that doesn't mean we can't do a "grade the trade" poll now anyway.
